Does Snapsight handle medical and technical terms?

Yes, when you add them first. Drug names, trial acronyms and speaker names go in as custom vocabulary before the event. ARC APAC Summit ran it across 20+ jargon-heavy healthcare sessions for 300+ professionals, and 40% of attendees used it.

How accurate is Snapsight at a conference?

Accuracy follows the audio, the accent and the language. Snapsight’s 97% English accuracy is measured with a direct feed from the venue mixer, so take the feed from the sound desk and use the sound check to hear it before doors open. Custom vocabulary keeps names, brands and acronyms right.

Can our team correct a takeaway?

Yes. Takeaways can be edited as they come in: at Festival of Curiosity, one person started each session and another edited in real time. Remix reports can be edited too, and manual edits use no credits.

What do we need on site?

One audio feed and one QR code per room. Send the room audio from the mixer to a laptop running Snapsight, with a reliable internet connection, and Snapsight checks the feed with you before doors open. At WiT Japan & North Asia 2024, one person ran AV, setup and integration. How it works

How soon is the session summary ready?

Straight after each session, by QR code. Economist Impact had highlights out the same day at AI Innovation Asia 2024, where edited recordings could take up to 48 hours.

Can we cover parallel tracks?

Yes. Each room needs one audio feed and one QR code, and Free covers every room at once. Attendees can follow one session live and read the takeaways from another.

Can attendees follow in their own language?

Yes, in 99 languages, each attendee on their own phone. Reading along is free; listening costs $10 per language, per session. At FIP’s 2025 World Congress, attendees could open real-time translations of every congress presentation in the FIP Congress App.

Can we get a report on just one track?

Yes. One session, a track, a day or the whole programme: Remix works only from the sessions you pick, and every quote carries its speaker and session. The Decarbonised Mine finished its post-event reports over a weekend instead of weeks.

Where does our session data go?

Snapsight is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified, and GDPR compliant. Your content never trains AI models, your data, and the IP in it, belongs to you, and data is hosted in Frankfurt by default. Read about security
