The story

The challenge

Economist Impact wanted attendees to leave with short summaries of in-depth discussions they could put to work, instead of waiting for edited recordings.

What they ran

After validation by The Economist Group’s global teams: session summaries opened by QR codes on the LED walls and around the exhibition, with real-time translation.

What happened

Highlights went out on the same day, where edited recordings could take up to 48 hours. Delegates gave excellent feedback, and staff and moderators used the summary links to recap.
