One audio feed, one QR code. We test both with you before doors open.

Your AV team sends the mixer feed to a laptop running Snapsight. That is the whole install.

On the stage screen, a slide or a badge. Remote attendees get the same link.
On their own phone, in their browser. Read along, or listen with their earbuds.
Live captions help attendees who are deaf or hard of hearing, and anyone who follows better by reading than listening.
Accessibility at your eventRemote and hybrid attendees open the same session link and follow in their language, wherever they are.
Breakouts and side stages rarely get interpreters. Free covers every room: one audio feed and one QR code each.

$10 per language, per session
Yes. Snapsight’s live text translation is free for every event, with no trial clock: every room at once, up to 10 languages per session from all 99, and 100 sessions a year. Attendees open a link or scan a QR code; there is no app. Voice translation, transcript downloads and Pro insights are paid.
They scan the session’s QR code or open its link in their phone’s browser, then pick a language, and the speaker’s words appear in that language as they’re spoken. To listen instead of read, they use their own earbuds, so there are no headsets to rent and collect. Remote attendees open the same link wherever they are.
Reading along shows the speaker’s words as live text in the attendee’s language, and it is free. Listening speaks them aloud in that language through the attendee’s own earbuds, in the same 99 languages, at $10 per language, per session, with captions for that language included.
Up to 10 per session, chosen from 99, and each attendee picks one on their own phone. The full list, with native names, is on Snapsight’s live translation page. Voice translation is charged for each language you turn on for listening.
Snapsight’s English transcription is 97% accurate, measured on English sessions with a direct feed from the venue mixer; speech is recognised in about 200 ms and the translated text follows as each phrase forms. Accuracy varies with audio quality, accents and language. Take the feed from the sound desk and add speaker names, sponsor brands and acronyms as custom vocabulary before the session.
It covers the sessions interpreters usually don’t. Events use Snapsight for every session that never had interpreters, such as breakouts, workshops and show-floor stages, and some keep interpreters for a flagship keynote. Interpreters remain the better choice for high-stakes sessions where certified accuracy and cultural nuance matter most, such as legal or diplomatic settings.
Snapsight follows them. When a speaker moves between languages, even within a sentence, the live text keeps up on its own, and each attendee still reads in the language they picked.
One audio feed: the room’s mixer output sent to a laptop running Snapsight, with a reliable internet connection. Put the session’s QR code on the stage screen, a slide or a badge. Snapsight’s team checks the feed, languages and attendee access with you before doors open.
Free covers every room at once, so breakouts and side stages get the same translation as the main stage: one audio feed and one QR code each. The $299 Engage event pass adds your branding, sponsor logos and Q&A moderation across all of them, and larger programmes talk to Snapsight about Enterprise.
Free is for following live. Transcript downloads, summaries and live takeaways come with Snapsight Pro at $249 per session of up to 2 hours, or from $99 a session in packs.
Live text is free, with no card needed. Add voice when you need it.
