All Minds

Making event knowledge
work for every kind of mind

Events generate incredible knowledge. But the way it gets delivered doesn't work equally for everyone. We're partnering with organizations who want to change that.

What is All Minds?

All Minds is a partnership program for organizations committed to neuroinclusion. We provide Snapsight at subsidized or no cost to events focused on accessibility, neurodiversity, and inclusive knowledge delivery.

In return, we work alongside you - learning what formats, structures, and approaches actually help diverse audiences absorb and act on event content.

This isn't charity. It's a shared commitment to figuring out what neuroinclusive event knowledge looks like in practice.

We believe the events industry is just beginning to understand what neuroinclusion means for content delivery. We want to be part of figuring that out - together.

Why we're doing this

Snapsight transforms live sessions into structured, multilingual, multi-format outputs. We believe that capability should serve the people who need it most - not just organizations with the biggest budgets.

We also know there's no playbook yet for neuroinclusive content delivery at events. By working with organizations who care deeply about this, we can help create one.

Partner icon

A partner, not a vendor

We're genuinely interested in what works. Expect us to ask questions, listen, and adapt alongside you.

What we're hoping to learn together

We don't have all the answers. That's the point. As we work with All Minds partners, we want to understand what actually helps.

Which formats help most: executive summaries, structured notes, action lists, or full transcripts?

What reduces cognitive load without oversimplifying the content?

How do language and format choices affect engagement across different audiences?

What does "good" look like for neuroinclusive knowledge delivery at events?

What we'll share

With partner consent, we'll publish what we learn - so the whole industry can benefit.

  • A practical guide to neuroinclusive event content
  • Templates: "choose your format" menus, speaker guidance, consent language
  • Insights and anonymized examples to help others improve

Your participation helps more than your own events. It helps move the entire industry forward.
