The challenge
A record 5,000 business events professionals and a packed programme, with keynotes from Bill Clinton and Hillary Rodham Clinton, Mayim Bialik, Mo Gawdat and Nina Schick. PCMA wanted to help attendees distil and keep the key insights from each session, above all the high-profile keynotes.
What they ran
Real-time AI summaries and Idea Clouds, opened by QR code, with takeaways in seven languages for an international audience: English, Spanish, Italian, French, German, Portuguese and Chinese.
What happened
40% of attendees, 2,000 of 5,000, used Snapsight during the event. At the Clinton keynote, people could stay in the moment knowing they could revisit the main takeaways afterwards.
