The opportunity

You will be the first person many potential customers speak with. Understand why they have come to us, qualify the opportunity and guide them to the right next step. This calls for judgement, product understanding and the confidence to answer initial questions or run a quick demonstration.

What you will do

  • Respond promptly to requests from our website, events, sign-ups, live chat and campaigns.
  • Ask the right questions, qualify the opportunity and arrange a meeting or route it to the right sales representative.
  • Explain Snapsight clearly, answer initial questions and run a brief product demonstration when needed.
  • Keep HubSpot accurate: log activity, update stages, tag leads and write useful handover notes.
  • Maintain reliable response and follow-up coverage for European and US business hours.
  • Use quieter periods to revisit warm leads, research accounts and improve reporting and lead data.

What you will bring

  • Typically 1–3 years in sales development, customer success or another customer-facing role. Strong early-career candidates with practical experience are welcome.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar CRM, and the ability to manage leads independently.
  • Good discovery and communication skills: listen closely, understand intent and adapt your explanation to the person.
  • Speed, attention to detail and a reliable system for following up.
  • An understanding of subscription software, customer journeys and recurring revenue.
  • Practical familiarity with AI tools and the curiosity to understand an AI product beyond its headline features. Engineering experience is useful but not required.

How success is measured

  • Prompt, dependable responses across inbound channels.
  • Qualified meetings and clear handovers that the sales team can act on.
  • Complete CRM records, consistent tagging and useful pipeline data.
  • Growing product knowledge and readiness to handle more of the sales conversation.

Working arrangements and development

This is a full-time remote role. The work includes coverage of European and US business hours; discuss the exact schedule with the hiring team.

After one year, a formal performance review assesses eligibility to progress into an Account Executive role. Progression depends on execution, product knowledge and readiness to own more of the sales cycle.

The hiring process

  • A 20-minute phone screen about your background, interest in Snapsight and expectations for the role.
  • A practical exercise over three days with three fictional inbound leads played by our hiring team. You decide how to research, prioritise, email, call and follow up.
  • A 60-minute hiring-manager conversation and mock discovery call, including a chance to apply feedback.
  • A founder conversation where a final discussion is needed.

How to apply

Use the application form below. Share your CV, LinkedIn profile or portfolio link, and a short introduction if there is something you would like us to know. If someone introduced you to Snapsight, you can mention them in your introduction.
