Full Stack Engineer

The opportunity

We are always interested in full stack engineers who enjoy owning a product problem end to end. This is an ongoing opportunity to introduce yourself; the scope and timing of a role will depend on the team’s needs and your experience.

The work spans customer-facing interfaces, backend services and the connections between them. We care about what you have built, the decisions you made and how the result behaved for real users.

The work you could own

• Build complete product features across interfaces, APIs and data storage.
• Make onboarding, session setup and content workflows easier to understand and use.
• Integrate services that turn live conversations into transcription, translation, takeaways and post-event content.
• Improve performance, reliability and visibility into failures, including the behaviour users see when a dependency is slow or unavailable.
• Build and maintain integrations with the tools customers already use.
• Work with product, design and customer success to understand problems, ship improvements and learn from production usage.

What you will bring

• Experience shipping and maintaining web applications across frontend and backend. Share a project you can discuss in depth.
• Sound foundations in JavaScript or TypeScript, a modern frontend framework, APIs and databases.
• The ability to debug across system boundaries and reason about performance, access control and failure handling.
• Care for understandable interfaces, maintainable code and tests that protect important behaviour.
• Comfort working through an unclear problem, explaining trade-offs and asking for context when needed.
• Curiosity about AI products and responsible use of coding tools, with ownership of the code and its behaviour.

Useful experience

• Streaming or real-time systems, background processing and third-party service integrations.
• Production monitoring, automated delivery and cloud infrastructure.
• Accessible interfaces and products used by customers across different languages and devices.
