## The story

### The challenge

The 2024 edition in Tokyo, themed “The Human Revolution”, gave Snapsight a week to go live, with one person, Gerry Pang, handling the AV, the setup and the platform integration.

### What they ran

Real-time insights and summaries for the sessions, with Idea Clouds and a QR code on the stage screens, so attendees could stay in the discussion instead of taking notes.

### What happened

Attendees used the insights after sessions to prepare their reports and share with colleagues, and asked about similar tools for their own events. Media used the summaries for post-event coverage.
