## The story

### The challenge

The team runs everything in-house. After each event they recorded every session, edited the videos, transcribed them, briefed a journalist and designed the reports. It took weeks, sometimes months.

### What they ran

Snapsight on both days of parallel sessions: a summary after every session by QR code, then post-event reports. The AV team had never used Snapsight and set it up without trouble.

### What happened

Attendees scanned the QR codes after every session without being told how, and the post-event work was done over the weekend. Snapsight is now the team’s default.
