## The story

### The challenge

Five simultaneous stages over four days, and most sessions aren’t recorded because there are so many. Without a record, the content was gone when the mics went off.

### What they ran

Live takeaways for every session in ICCA’s app, and an event-wide Idea Cloud on a four-sided LED display suspended in the centre of the venue: takeaways during sessions, the congress’s themes between them. The Idea Cloud began with a question from Ksenjia Polla of the ICCA team: could people see, in real time, what the whole event was talking about?

### What happened

Over 60% of attendees engaged with the content through the app, and the cloud showed what was trending live: sustainability, intergenerational engagement, AI. A full post-event report built from the live dialogue went to attendees, and ICCA planned to run Snapsight at every ICCA event in 2025.
