## The story

### The challenge

UFI first ran Snapsight at its Asia Pacific Conference in Macau in March 2024, for nearly 300 delegates from 20 countries and regions. For the European Conference in June, it wanted the highlights inside its own conference app, so delegates wouldn’t have to go to a separate platform.

### What they ran

Key takeaways in the conference mobile app for 300 delegates from 41 countries and regions, across main-stage sessions, breakout discussions and the Event Director Summit. UFI’s tech team added them to the app themselves, with no code.

### What happened

Snapsight is now part of UFI’s event programming and standard operating procedure. The post-event report, with session takeaways and sentiment analysis, feeds UFI’s strategic planning.
