## The story

### The challenge

IMEX wanted attendees to get the insights from 150+ education sessions, across tracks from Technology & Innovation to Well-being and Impact, without giving up time on the show floor. Reporting on them meant staff sitting in sessions and compiling notes by hand.

### What they ran

Real-time summaries and Idea Clouds for each education session, inside the IMEX Events app, linked from every session description and from QR codes at each room entrance. Pre-show communications told participants about it before the event began.

### What happened

Highlights from 150+ sessions went into post-event reporting automatically, with emerging trends and practical strategies for event professionals. IMEX’s own team recommended the summaries on LinkedIn.
