## The story

### The challenge

Four people ran a conference for 150+ destination marketing professionals, and every session was packed with insights that can shift strategy. CityDNA needed each one captured accurately and in real time, without diverting resources it didn’t have.

### What they ran

CityDNA first saw Snapsight at the AI-Opener for Destinations event hosted by GroupNAO, and brought it in as a sponsorship collaboration. It ran real-time transcripts, summaries and live multilingual translation across 15+ sessions with no one monitoring it, and a Snapsight QR code was printed on every attendee badge.

### What happened

65% of attendees used Snapsight. They caught up on sessions they missed and rechecked key moments, speakers praised the accuracy of the summaries, and the team saved hours, maybe days, of post-event work.
