### The challenge

Five main stages and 400+ sessions, from broadcast and media tech to commercial AI, with titles and schedules changing at the last minute.

### What they ran

Snapsight on all five stages: key takeaways on screen with auto-scroll, so the AV team didn’t have to scroll, and on attendees’ phones by QR code.

### What happened

Session changes reached attendees straight away, and the team captured insights from every stage and downloaded them for post-event reports.
