## Frequently asked questions

### What is the All Minds initiative?

A Snapsight partnership that brings Snapsight to events built around neuroinclusion, at subsidised or no cost depending on the situation. In return, you work alongside Snapsight to learn what actually helps, and with your consent it is shared with the industry.

### Who can apply to All Minds?

Organisations where neuroinclusion is central to the mission. That includes accessibility and neurodiversity organisations, healthcare events for neurodivergent people and the professionals who work with them, education and research conferences on inclusion, and any event that puts cognitive access first.

### What formats help neurodivergent attendees follow a talk?

There is no playbook yet, which is why All Minds exists. Snapsight gives each attendee four ways in: live text to read word by word, takeaways added as the speaker makes each point, an Idea Cloud to explore from the idea that interests them, and a summary to come back to.

### What do we have to share in return?

Work alongside Snapsight to learn what actually helps: which formats, what reduces cognitive load without oversimplifying, and how language and format choices change engagement. Anything published, such as a guide, templates or anonymised examples, is shared only with your consent.

### Is live text free without All Minds?

Yes. Live text translation is free on every Snapsight plan for every event. All Minds goes further, for events where neuroinclusion is central.

### How do we apply?

Use the application form on the All Minds page, or email allminds@snapsight.com. Tell Snapsight about your organisation, your events, the people you serve and the access needs you want to meet, and it follows up within 10 business days.
