Competing on data, not budget
Good morning, everyone. Thanks for being here so early.
If you look at last year's numbers, the cities that grew fastest weren't the biggest spenders.

Enterprise security
Snapsight protects your content from the moment it is captured. Free translation runs on the same infrastructure as our enterprise deployments.

Snapsight is AI software for live events. It listens to each session’s audio feed and gives attendees live text, translation and key takeaways on their own phones, then helps the organiser turn the same sessions into reports, posts and speaker cards with Remix. Attendees scan a QR code or open a link; there is no app to download.
Event organisers of every kind: trade shows and exhibitions, conferences and congresses, associations, corporate summits, community events and festivals. Agencies, PCOs and AV companies resell it or run it under their own brand for clients. Published stories include Economist Impact, Informa Tech’s ATxEnterprise, Tech Week Singapore, ARC APAC Summit and London Community Week.
Live text translation is free for every event, with no trial clock: every room at once, up to 10 languages per session, and 100 sessions a year. Voice translation is $10 per language per session. Live takeaways, summaries and transcript downloads come with Pro at $249 per session, less in packs, and the $199 Engage event pass adds your branding, sponsor logos and Q&A moderation across the whole event.
Translation apps and notetakers are personal tools that each attendee runs for themselves. Snapsight runs once per session for the whole room: one feed from the sound desk gives every attendee live text in their language, takeaways that link back to the speaker’s words, and a summary. The organiser keeps the record and can turn it into reports, posts and speaker cards.
Only their own phone and a browser. They scan the session’s QR code or open its link, pick a language and read along; to listen to a translated voice, they use their own earbuds. Snapsight can also sit inside your event app.
Snapsight’s Remix drafts post-event reports, sponsor reports, LinkedIn carousels, one-pagers and decks from the sessions you pick, with every quote tied to its speaker and session. Speaker Remix gives each speaker a branded card and a draft post from their own talk. Attendees keep the takeaways and summaries to catch up on what they missed.
Snapsight never trains AI models on your content, and your data, including the IP in it, belongs to you: the transcripts, takeaways and summaries too. Free translation runs on the same infrastructure as Snapsight’s enterprise deployments, and regional data residency and single sign-on are available on request. The security page and trust centre have the details.
Yes. Open a real event session on the experience page with no form, start free with live text on one of your own sessions, or ask Snapsight to test it live with your speaker in the languages your audience needs.
